A Butcher of Distinction was established five years ago by Matthew Paton. He wanted the store to have the aesthetic of an old butchers shop, the idea came to him whilst driving past the same dilapidated butchers that he passed everyday on his regular journey to The Old Truman Brewery. The shops charm is achieved by a fully tiled interior, it features items such as a butchers cutting block demonstrating years of use, butcher inspired artwork including a beautiful vintage meat chart, a meat slicer and various hooks and butchers tools. Key brands include Ralph Lauren, Sugar Cane, Margaret Howell, Redwing, Folk, YMC, Trickers, Nom De Guerre, Patagonia, Stansfield etc. (our list is endless).
